Is the Sips Bottle easy to clean?

We recommend the Sips Bottle is hand washed only. This helps to protect the etched logo, the bumper, and the overall finish of the bottle. Use warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly, upside down on a dish rack.
Can I remove the soft bumper on the Sips Bottle to clean it?

You cannot remove the soft bumper on the Sips Bottle, it is permanently adhered to the bottle for improved strength and resilience. Simply wash the bottle as one piece with warm, soapy water to clean it.
Does the Sips Original Bottle fit in a handbag?

The Sips Original Bottle has been designed to fit easily into most handbags, so it's perfect for commutes, workdays, holidays and casual outings.

Yes, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging where the sleeve is in the original condition within 14 days of delivery. The cost of the return needs to be covered by the customer. Email us at support@hellosips.com for any returns support.
