Is the Sips Bottle easy to clean?

We recommend the Sips Bottle is hand washed only. This helps to protect the etched logo, the bumper, and the overall finish of the bottle. Use warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly, upside down on a dish rack.

Does the Sips Original Bottle fit into a laptop bag?

The Sips Original Bottle fits easily into most laptop bags, making it perfect to take to the office, into business meetings, on the tube, on the bus or in the car. The rectangular shape means that it sits alongside other objects in the laptop bag more naturally than a standard bottle which takes up more room and is prone to falling over.

The Sips Original Bottle also has a wrist strap, so if your laptop bag is full, you can still be hands free whilst jumping on the tube.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, EU and USA, with free shipping when you order two or more bottles in the same transaction to the same address.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging where the sleeve is in the original condition within 14 days of delivery. The cost of the return needs to be covered by the customer. Email us at support@hellosips.com for any returns support.
