Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and selected European countries, including France, Spain, Germany, and Ireland.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that all delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, and periods of high demand.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Promotional Shipping Offers

From time to time, Hello Sips may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Hello Sips cannot accept responsibility for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Hello Sips shall not be liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, customs inspections, weather events, transportation issues, or other force majeure circumstances.
