Sips Bottles are leakproof. The lid is designed to be secure and leak resistant under normal daily use. Just make sure it is closed tightly before placing it in your bag!

The Sips Bottle is suitable for cool or lukewarm liquids only.

It is not suitable for boiling hot liquids as this can damage the tritan plastic body. Also it is not suitable for fizzy liquids as this can damage the leakproof seal of the cap.

Each Sips Original Bottle has a volume of 480ml (16oz), making it ideal for keeping hydrated on the go without carrying a large or heavy bottle.

No, the Sips Bottle is not insulated. It is designed for cool drinks only, such as water, iced tea or cold infusions. It is not suitable for hot or fizzy liquids.

The Sips Original Water Bottle dimensions are:

The Sips Original Water Bottle weighs 250 grams (0.6lb) when empty and 725gm (1.6lb) when full.

The Sips Bottle is absolutely safe for food! Tritan plastic is BPA free, food safe, and resistant to odours and staining.

We do not recommend putting the Sips Bottle in the dishwasher.

Use warm, soapy water to handwash the bottle and dry thoroughly, upside down on a dish rack. This helps to protect the etched logo, the bumper, and the overall finish of the bottle.

The Sips Original Bottle fits easily into most laptop bags, making it perfect to take to the office, into business meetings, on the tube, on the bus or in the car. The rectangular shape means that it sits alongside other objects in the laptop bag more naturally than a standard bottle which takes up more room and is prone to falling over.

The Sips Original Bottle also has a wrist strap, so if your laptop bag is full, you can still be hands free whilst jumping on the tube.

The TPE textured bumper is moulded to the Sips bottle during the manufacturing process. It gives Sips its signature style while also offering added grip and durability. It cannot be removed.

Each bottle includes a soft touch branded wrist strap. We’ll be releasing new strap styles soon, including cross body options and clever add-ons like a built in lip balm pockets to keep you looking your best.

Delivery, shipping and returns.

UK orders are typically delivered in 3 to 5 working days. US orders usually take 5 to 7 working days. We’ll send you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We currently ship to the UK, EU and USA. We offer free standard shipping to qualifying orders in the US and UK when you order two or more bottles in the same transaction to the same address.

Yes, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging where the sleeve is in the original condition within 14 days of delivery. The cost of the return needs to be covered by the customer. Email us at support@hellosips.com for any returns support.
